Co-memorization workshops and co-reading workshops practicum activity as opposed to a discourse a workshop overseer versus a spoon feeder

lately I have had the thought that I should make my movements in scripture more publicly available more available to the household and transparent. even if no one joins me that I would go ahead with it alone. it is boring good fruit in my heart to do this and in my mind. as I think about it I realize that doing the work of Torah doing the work of Ezra 7:10is the work of each individual disciple and it would be helpful to have an overseer while people are pursuing memorization and searching through the Torah themselves almost like a Woodshop class overseer each student is kind of doing their own project but the instructor here is only giving guidance and equipping the individuals to do their workmaybe this is why synagogues are called a house of study and this is more reminiscent of seeing pairs of young Jews study talmud by working verse through verse arguing with each other in other words the way that Jews study talmud is you don’t study alone, you need a partner, and you systematically work through Section by section of the talmud with the express goal that you ask questions that are supposed to be argumentative and answer back with content and questions that are supposed to be argumentative
