Outdoor mind and members training regimen at lot ( laps and walking talking )

So here’s what I’m envisioning, I go to walk laps around the lot with the goal of accomplishing a set mileage. At my typical rate it takes about 2ish hours to make 50 laps which is 5 miles. In the course of that 2 hours I can pulse with my children and Converse with them. I can keep walking, and they can do one or two laps with me, and they can sit under the Tent that we set up and work on what we just discussed. I can do this one child at a time and cycle through my children while the other children are located at the lot under the Tent. I would be able to converse in a given lap, I will be able to pray in a given lap, I would be able to listen to scripture in a given lap, it would even be possible to play audio Bible and deep listening on Pathfinder while lapping to facilitate meditation.
